The Connecticut Valley FM Association (CVFMA) was founded in 1970 with the
aim of promoting amateur radio communications and events within the
region. Today, CVFMA operates as a non-profit organization that serves as
an educational and social hub for its members. Through its various
activities, such as testing sessions, operating events, and community
outreach programs, CVFMA has become one of the most well known amateur radio club
in New England.
