All applicants must have:

Two forms of positive ID, one with photo

Test fee – Cash or personal Check - NO credit cards accepted

Test fee is $15.00.

Original FCC issued license

Copy of FCC issued license

YES, you need BOTH.

Original CSCE and a copy of each one you are claiming credit for

Door opens at 8:30 am

Door closes at 9:00, testing begins immediatly thereafter
