The Fall General Membership Meeting and Potluck Luncheon was held on Sunday, October 12, 2008 at the American Legion Hall in Windsor at 12:30. A great lunch was available along with some good discussions about Amateur Radio including the recent hamfest.

David Mikelson explained the opportunity available at the Civil Air Patrol building at Springfield Airport for meeting rooms and the FEMA trailer being equipped for field operations. The Squadron meets on Wednesday evenings from 7 to 9 pm and needs communications help.

The election of officers was accomplished and the new slate is as follows:

Discussion followed concerning the excellent work by Paul Alberghini on the relocation of the repeated. A letter of appreciation will be sent.

A letter thanking Margo Howland for her past service as Secretary will be sent by President Makul.
